Ingredients for the recipe

500gr Macaroni (Pasta)

50gr butter

2 shots of brandy

500gr mushrooms

2 cloves garlic

½ glass milk cream

pepper

salt

Recipe preparations

Use a pot to sauté the garlic and mushrooms. 

Stir well and add the brandy, salt and pepper. 

Let simmer for 15 minutes and add the milk cream. 

When your pasta is done (12 minutes), strain and top it with the sauce and a lot of grated cheese.
