EXAMINATION RULES FOR INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
Every student must have at least 75% attendance in every subject to appear in the Annual Examination of BISE, Rawalpindi.
Student must have attained at least Grade E in the Internal Examination of the College for qualifying for the Annual Examination.
Any student either not having the required percentage of attendance or minimum marks required in the Internal Examination will not be eligible to appear in the Annual Examination. Attendance will be counted from the beginning of the academic year to its end.
Re-admission is allowed only once.
It is mandatory for the students to appear in the monthly tests of all the subjects. Their performance is closely monitored by the teachers and, on its basis, they update the parents about their children’s academic progress.
Internal Examinations of HSSC are conducted in accordance with the recommended rules of the College Council.
It is mandatory for each student to appear in all the internal examinations and class tests. Absence from these examinations/ tests is considered a serious violation of the rules.
Absence from the December Test and Pre-Board Examinations will lead to an imposition of fine @Rs. 200/paper.
In case of illness, a student will have to submit the medical certificate duly signed by the MS or acting authority of any government hospital. Such a student will be bound to take the examination after his recovery failing which he will be considered to have failed.
In case of a student’s involvement in any illegal activity during examination, deciding authority will have the authority to take any decision which will be considered ultimate and will not be challenged in any court of law or any legal forum.
