Chef Francesco didn't take COVID-19 and the end of his employment as a sous chef lying down. He took it laying down ..laying down sheets of pasta. He launched Lasagna Today - a careful balance of fine ingredients and affordable pricing. A four person family style classic, gluten/dairy free or vegan/vegetarian lasagna is under $50, including free delivery. A break from cooking. A change from pizza.

We have supported him with purchases when we use donation money to comfort folks having a tough time with a meal. And this week when we placed an order.. he asked to give back. He is donating five lasagnas for us to place in the community. A generous gesture for a small business and one that will be incredibly useful to us.
