The Medical Corps does not have a specific battlestation, as its troopers are able to provide medical assistance anywhere aboard the ISD during an attack. They will typically locate themselves in areas of strategic importance, such as the bridge, engine core, and courtyard.
During off-ship operations, Medical troopers will locate a safe place on the battlefield and direct injured troopers to that location for proper care. They will also assist regular frontline troopers in capturing and holding key strategic locations.
An elite team of medical personnel that focuses on surgery. They do field surgeries on high-ranking personnel, and injuries resulting from checkups gone wrong. Para Rescue also has access to stretchers perfect for returning injured troops to safety. Rescue is equipped with an arsenal of smoke grenades, bacta grenades, and squad shield activators that provide temporary relief and cover on the battlefield.
Researchers can perform Science Experiments on willing volunteers or unwilling prisoners where the limit is only that of your creativity and value on human life and rights. Research's main directives involve furthering the scientific prowess of the Empire, researching and curing diseases, providing therapy counseling for troopers suffering from Mental afflictions, assisting interrogations with their knowledge of coercive drugs, and studying creatures captured and brought aboard the ISD. Researchers rarely participate in combative excursions or the ship's defense as their golden brains are too valuable for the Empire to risk lightly.
The most RP-intensive sub-regiment of Medical, the researchers do participate on the front lines when needed, but their main duties include experimenting for the Empire, developing cures for viruses, and maintaining the health of troopers. Researchers get no special equipment, but they’re highly looked upon for becoming officers or performing surgeries.
Imperial Security Bureau (ISB) personnel are authorized to take temporary command of the Medical Corps. However, there are some key areas that all ISB personnel must understand in order to command the Medical Corps efficiently.
Firstly, the Medical Corps does not have a specific battle station, and personnel are trained to provide medical assistance wherever it is needed on the ship. During an attack on the ISD, Medical Corps personnel should not be idle and must be directed to assist in areas where their medical skills are most needed.
ISB personnel must also understand that certain areas and individuals require priority attention. Medical Corps personnel are typically expected to assist high-ranking Imperial personnel first to ensure there is always someone available to command troops effectively. After that, Medical Corps troopers will usually help any guarding battalions and then assist any other individuals in the area who require medical attention.
During off-ship operations, Medical Corps troopers will always attempt to find a safe location on the battlefield before assisting any troopers. Once a safe location is secured, Medical Corps personnel will assign specific roles to each trooper. Some troopers may stay back to provide medical assistance to injured troops, while others will roam the battlefield to assist anyone they come across.
