This program is designed to help you give up the self you were and are, and create a new self that is healthier, stronger and smarter. Each week you be given tips for improving your life, suggested videos to enlighten and inform you during your journey to be the best you can be, and you will be shown a portion of the intense workout that will tranform your body.
It's important that you understand that only you know when you are ready to move on or which portions of the program you should omit for your own sanity and health.
The progression of the workout is designed for a person with an average fitness level, but you might be better or worse than average and you might have weaknesses that even you are unaware of. If at anytime an exercise doesn't feel right, you should stop and let yourself rest. On the same note, after watching a video that challenges or disturbs your inner peace, you should take time to reflect on that before moving on.

The first two weeks are designed to prepare your body and mind for the intensive make-over that will occur in the eight weeks that follow.
The first thing you must do is walk for one hour five days a week for both weeks, preferably in the morning. In the future, you will do the assigned exercises and then walk so that your total time spent exercising is always one hour. By the end of the 10 weeks, you will be exercising intensely for 45 minutes and will only be walking for 15 minutes per hour - so enjoy these two leisurely weeks of walking.
When you are walking, you shouldn't listen to any music or video. You should be completely alone with yourself and allow yourself to think about whatever comes to mind. Let yourself get bored. I promise that your mind will tire of boredom quickly and will invent new thoughts for you.
These preparations are organized into ten tasks that you can complete in any order over the next two weeks.
When you are asked to buy supplies, I have done my very best to find items that can be purchased at Dollar General. There is no reason to break the bank on your journey to good health.
