Increase the reps of all exercises to 20! Walk for the remaining time up to one hour.
Hopefully, by now, you have mastered some of your mental and physical weaknesses. You might be ready to move on to bigger and better obstacles. The resources for these two weeks will give you ideas for improving on the amazing person you've become because you will never be so happy or successful that you have no room for improvement!
