I have several suggestions of items you should buy (or find around the house) to make your workout the best it can be.
Workout clothes that you feel good in. Don't settle for anything less because how you feel while working out is THE MOST IMPORTANT factor for your success. As a female with a soft stomach, my most important item is pants with a tummy control top. You decide what's best for you. I buy Fabletics, but I'm sure there are cheaper options out there.
Shoes for walking. I do the strenuous part of my workout barefoot, but I walk in Under Armour shoes because they will last forever. UA tennis shoes are almost indestructible. But, since you will only be walking in them, you can go on the cheaper end and buy sole inserts for extra support.
Cushioned mat for comfort and to protect the flooring from your sweaty workout reside.
A pillow for your kneeling and sitting on. Your knees and butt will be grateful.
Ankle weights (1-3 lb)
Dumb bells or kettle weights (5 lb)
Water cup
Good speakers (I love BOSE but it will break the bank)
Music playlist that motivates you. Research shows that when you listen to upbeat, motivating music, you can actually do more for longer. This is a sample of my playlist.
