1. Development of an In-House Device Simulator, G-Device

Currently, Prof. Sung-Min Hong's main research activity is to further develop our in-house device simulator, G-Device. Since 2013, it has served as the basic platform of our research activities, such as [IJ15], [IJ22], and [IJ31]. For more information, please see the "Software" tab.

2. Development of RRAM Simulator

In addition to the G-Device development (its conventional drift-diffusion part), a RRAM simulation module is currently under development.

3. AC NEGF Simulation [IC54]

Based upon the solution of the DC NEGF (Non-Equilibrium Green's Function) code, the AC response of the electrostatic potential and the electron density can be calculated by the AC NEGF code.
