  • Minimizing screen-time approximately 30-60 minutes before going to bed

  • Waking up and going to sleep at consistent times

  • Sleeping in a dark room

  • Journalling before bed

  • Getting about 8 hours of sleep

Home Hygiene

  • Washing dishes

  • Disinfecting countertops, doorknobs, refrigerator handles, and phones

  • Cleaning bedsheets

  • Vacuuming and moping floors

  • Bottom line: Do your best to maintain your home

Personal Hygiene

  • Shower daily

  • Limit social media

  • Brush your teeth twice a day

  • Taking 3 deep breathes when feeling stressed or anxious

  • Cut your fingernails and toenails when needed

  • Make goofy faces in the mirror

  • Call friends and family to stay in touch
