Online Library Resources

Even though the Calgary Public Library locations are closed there are still plenty of resources that you can access online!

Download the Libby App or use the Library Website

Step 1: Go to the App Store and download LIBBY app

Step 2: Open the app and login

* IF you don’t have a library card or log-in CLICK HERE

* Click on the SING UP TODAY and follow the instructions

Step 3: Once logged in click the Library button in the bottom left corner

Step 4: Click Explore --> Click What’s Available

Step 5: Click on Available Books OR Available Audiobooks

Step 6: Click Borrow on the book or audiobook you are interested in

Step 7: The book will download to your phone/iPad and will return automatically

Step 8: ENJOY READING or LISTENING to some books!

Calgary Public Library Website

Step 1: Go to calgarylibrary.ca

Step 2: Scroll down to eBooks and Audiobooks

Step 3: Click on OverDrive ebooks & eAudiobooks

Step 4: Find an Audiobook or eBook and click Borrow

Step 5: Enter in your Library card and pin

Step 6: Enjoy!

Step 1: go to calgarypl.kanopy.com

Step 2: Ensure you have a library card

* go to calgarylibary.ca/your-library/join/

* Click on Sign up Today and follow the instructions

Step 3: Click on Add Library Card

Step 4: Add Library card and create login

Step 5: Enjoy many different movies and doc

This services works off a credit system, you will have 10 credits per month to use
