COVID-19 has brought around some new challenges and changes to your normal routine. This website will provide resources to help keep yourself busy, entertained, and occupied while you are spending more time inside and by yourself.

What is COVID-19

It is a new illness spreading around the world. It's nickname is Coronavirus. It can vary on the amount of severity from no symptoms to extreme symptoms, so it is important that we help everyone stay safe.

Dry Cough

Fatigue/Extreme Tiredness

Loss of sense of taste and smell

Difficulty Breathing

How to Stay Healthy and Stop the Spread of COVID-19

Stay Home as much as possible

Wear a mask

Do not go out unless you MUST

Work from home if you can

Avoid large gatherings of people

Avoid contact with others (Shaking Hands or Hugging)

Keep a 6 foot (2m) distance from others

Wash your hands often with soap and warm water (for 20 - 30 seconds)

Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your sleeve. Wash your hands RIGHT after

Avoid touching your face

What Should You Do If You Have Symptoms

STAY HOME - do not go to an ER or Clinic

If you have symptoms, you must 'self-isolate'. Stay home and away from others for 14 days

Refer to the self assessment

Call Health Link (8-1-1)

Phone your team or case manager if you need assistance

If you feel like you need immediate medical attention call 9-1-1.
