Abstract 

During my semester-long teaching practicum at Worcester Technical High School in

Worcester, MA, I collaborated with Tefta Giaya in High School Introductory Physics.

This immersive experience honed my pedagogical skills, priming me for licensure as a

High School science educator in Massachusetts. Guided by the Comprehensive

Assessment of Practices (CAP) framework, I meticulously addressed the seven

foundational elements: Subject Matter Knowledge, Structured Units and Lessons,

Adjustments to Practice, Meeting Diverse Needs, Safe Learning Environment, High

Expectations, and Reflective Practice. Central to my approach is the cultivation of

students' social and emotional well-being through tailored classroom interactions. For a
