ZRemesher
This is a process the will add more polygons towards the areas that I have marked. This will allow me to add more details to these specific marked areas. I specifically marked the areas that I know could use a higher poly count which mainly included the areas that in the mesh's topology circle around a body part.
This image shows the effects of the ZRemesher, which overall evened out the geometry of the mesh giving it more fluidity throughout the entire body.
Adding subdivisions to the head.
And to the body
This process again adds more polygons to the entire main body mesh. This process will allow the more closer details that I need sculpt on the main body like the smaller muscle definitions, and the veins. This process will also continue to even out the topology, and give the block ey areas of the mesh a more even look and smooth look. However I do not want to go to overboard with adding polygons as this will slow down the program overall with it trying to manage the supreme amount of memory that a high amount of polygons will bring.
Looking at creating a skin texture through the noise maker from the surface tab.
This process gives the mesh a interesting texture that is going to add depth overall towards the mesh.
Starting the redefining details towards the mesh.
This process will give some the defining details on the mesh with this higher polygon count mesh which means that I can really go into detail with these definitions.
Head, cheekbone, nose and brow definition.
Muscle Pectoralis details and definition.
Adding more bulging veins around the Deltoid and Biceps areas.
Serratus Anterior definition that matches the look of the actual muscles than what they looked like before.
Adding more definition to the exaggerated hands.
Work in progress on the over leg, thigh, and calf muscles.
A closer look at the thigh muscles.
Definition around the feet
Reworking the bat feet while taking note from this image reference of some bat/monster feet.
[1]
I think this more accurately captures the look of the exaggerated bat/monster look that I was going for.
Work in progress on the calves
Work in progress on the palm.
Definition for the inside of the bat ears.
Going with the ZRemesher process again for the bat wings, which as you can see allows me to add more definition to the mesh. This mesh was easier to add detail towards because of the simpler design of the wings, and the simpler overall shape of the mesh which I can attach to the later main body mesh later.
