We envision a future where no individual faces life's challenges to where they are defeated and without a strong, manageable, viable plan to get better and have greater positive circumstances. We work to ensure that we all feel loved, cared about, and led positively in the direction where dreams come true because we work hard to obtain a better life. A life where we can be self-sufficient and where no one ever is truly alone. Fundamental Chromatic strives to create a community where everyone has access to stable housing, sustainable income, and a robust support network. Our vision is a world where compassion, collaboration, and comprehensive care transforms lives, fostering a society where every person can thrive with dignity and purpose.

These are the impacts we hope to achieve through Fundamental Chromatic and our work. 

This is the  long-term additional and vibrant change we aim to bring about in society.  

These are shared realistically to inspire our Clients, our team, volunteers, and supporters, guiding our strategic planning and day-to-day operations towards achieving our long-term goals. 

We hope to energize and motivate all who are around us, thinking about making life changes and creating hope for difference to become a reality, and all of whom we find alone, lost, confused, overwhelmed, and in need of support - so we can bring them hope for a better life and situation. 

Additionally, we want to enable you - our clients, potential donors, grantors, partners, leaders, and our communities to speak up, ask questions, collaborate, and provide feedback instantaneously.  The best way to increase our chances of getting through the thick skin of our clients and into the minds and hearts of each individual is by standing out from the crowd, the discrimination, the denials, the judgement, and to listen and to collaborate with our clients to exceed their needs so they can have a better life today, tomorrow, and for years to come. To get into the minds and hearts of our kind potential donors to understand why it is they want to help and what it is they want and need to see and feel from our work and mission, and to help us strategize in our efforts to help our Clients and better our Communities so that we are each and all making valued differences in our Clients and Communities lives. We need the additional support of our hopeful potential grantors because that is what our Care and Case Management and Peer Support Advocate professionals need to get our work done, to act out our mission, and achieve our vision, because without the support of grants additionally, we won't have the power to create real lasting change and difference.  🥹💙

Accountability is vital, and it begins with ensuring that the CEO and Founder, who is shaping the organization, maintains a clear leadership role while fostering collaboration. Our board will involve individuals from diverse backgrounds, including community leaders, people with lived experiences, educators, successful professionals, and anyone drawn to contributing meaningfully. We aim to build a support network that offers input, encouragement, resources, and advice, holding us accountable while motivating us to continually strive for excellence. Through this collective effort, we will provide guidance, strength, and hope to those who need us most.

Access to accurate information about individuals experiencing homelessness is often limited. Fortunately, Weld County and Northern Colorado are reportedly making strides in addressing housing instability through tools like the “By-Name Database,” which prioritizes individuals based on the urgency of their housing needs. While this system is promising, it raises concerns about fairness, as all individuals facing homelessness, housing instability, disabilities, or low income deserve equal prioritization.

Our focus extends to empowering youth by fostering skills through training, mentorship, and positive role models. However, it is equally important to address the needs of individuals with biopsychosocial challenges who are often overlooked. Empathy and fairness must guide our approach to housing solutions, ensuring that resources are allocated equitably and efficiently.

To serve larger groups more effectively, we must explore scalable solutions. These could include partnerships with local businesses to secure housing vouchers, utilizing grants to develop transitional housing programs, or collaborating with other nonprofits to create shared resource hubs. By expanding our capacity and embracing innovative strategies, we can increase the number of people we help and create lasting impact in our community.

Development of Affordable Housing is vital and necessary to match and exceed the number of residents in Weld County, Colorado and the income or short-of that our neighbors are facing. Many are on the streets because they cannot access resources, are not in a healthy enough state of mind, are alone and without family and friend support, aren't receiving the specialized care they need that we can provide, are discriminated against, cannot secure meaningful work, and much more. Promises are available once we are securely housed and cared for. We choose to work hard in trying to get everyone to see that the community's whole entire support is needed, and vital if change and progress is going to be achieved. If we don't all pitch in and help... we aren't going to sustain, develop, or progress as we need to in order to become more efficient.
