Should I give to Fundamental Chromatic NonProfit Organization Inc so that they can help our Community's people who are struggling the most, don't yet know how to access resources, and have no family or friends? These people are all alone and have nothing. Most have disabilities, and the System is so difficult to defeat and be awarded benefits that will help them get on their feet, pay for essentials, and help lead them to a better life experience. 

2. If I don't give to Fundamental Chromatic, then who will? Without my personal support this Organization will not be able to make the huge impact I know they seem capable of doing, and I believe in them. I also believe in the people who are struggling severely, have nothing and no one, and truly want better for themselves. They just need some guidance, inspiration, a positive friend, helpful support, and a lot of love. Please don't allow the Bystander Effect happen to anyone.

3. Do I believe these people that are facing challenges that are leaving them with no housing, no nutrition, no clean clothes, lack of biopsychological health care, no social or community engagement - deserve and need my help and support?

At Fundamental Chromatic, our mission is to support individuals in achieving better life experiences—now and for a lifetime. We are committed to helping people of all backgrounds access the resources they need to thrive, especially in areas such as mental health care, housing stability, government benefits, employment, education, and family reunification.

Coping Skills are vitally essential because we're all interconnected, and our mental health is on a spectrum, of we; trying to prevent crisis, feel well, motivated, productive, and whole. We must Cope with challenges productively as an alternative to substance and alcohol use, anger, anxiety, fear, worry, anguish, devastation, and loss of hope. We need the complete opposite. To do this, we need to bring these Essential Kits to Empower Women and Girls, and all people of Weld County, Colorado who are struggling, on the literal streets, and without anyone or anything they need to just first be "okay". To survive is our right, but many don't have this option. 

These people are not weaker than anyone else, not than leaders, not than the police, not than our instructors in college and universities. We all have challenges, some greater than others, and what matters most is the support: internal and external environments, people, and resources. Poverty is REAL and we must Fight to End Poverty together. What if it were you or your child on the streets? What would you want us to do for your family? 

In order for us to provide Essentials Kits and Case and Care Management, Peer Supports, and Advocacy Services, help through Application Assistance, and Wellness Planning, Goal Setting, and our Signature Rewards System (Copyright and Trademark, and Patent where applicable) we can make meaningful and critical change.

10. Reduce any stigma for Clients and Community Members alike to minimize or eliminate bias, prejudice, and discrimination, and reassure the client they are not alone. 

11. Display empathy and use reflective listening when hearing about experiences confidentially and without judgement. 

12. Give patience and respect in every circumstance. 

13. Help clients prepare for and manage feelings of stress more effectively by creating a plan for what to do when triggers arise. 

14. Set goals and practice self-care activities like walking, listening to music, creativity and artwork, and other self-care methods and coping-skills. Reducing the impact of stress responses and eliminate getting trapped in a constant stress-cycle. 

15. Practicing coping skills so we are more likely to effectively utilize them when something like stress or triggers arise. 

16. Balance collaboration with equality, sharing, and individualism. 

17. Define the roles and expectations of every member of our team, clientele, and community. 

18. Meet recommendations and requirements for acceptable and extraordinary practice for better health outcomes and excellent life experiences.

19. Help clients accept the Healing-Approach when clients have experienced Trauma at any age. 

20. Welcome all personalities, demographics, income level, challenges, situations; accepting each person for who they are, helping them figure out a better way of living, and inspire, encourage, and empower that they want different and where they want to be in life. 

21. Inclusivity and diversity are value-adding. Accepting every character and uplifting our differences as likeness. We meet you where you are at. 

2. "Chromatic": This word is associated with color, variety, and diversity, implying inclusivity and the embrace of a wide range of people, ideas, and services. In a symbolic sense, it represents bringing vibrancy and hope to the lives of those the organization serves and to all stakeholders. It's the Emotion when creating, writing, sharing through art, music, and actions. Change. Difference. Dedication. Resilience.
