Founded in 2024, though the groundwork for our mission and activities began prior to this date, Fundamental Chromatic NonProfit Organization Inc was officially established to enhance our capacity to serve and support local communities and the State of Colorado. Pending 501(c)(3) status, our organization is committed to advancing its mission of providing housing stability, resource accessibility, and holistic support for individuals striving to overcome barriers to success.

As the Founder, I lead the organization in fulfilling its vision through a multifaceted approach. This includes intellectual property management to protect and develop innovative solutions, fostering resourceful partnerships and collaborative initiatives, and conducting opportunity research to identify new pathways for impactful service. Our work also encompasses the development and oversight of special projects, strategic real estate management, and operational management of the organization’s assets to further our mission.

In addition, Fundamental Chromatic emphasizes legal advocacy and resource acquisition services to address systemic challenges faced by our clients. By integrating training, education, and project development services, we strive to empower individuals and communities alike. Together, these efforts ensure that our mission is carried out with excellence, adaptability, and a lasting commitment to making a meaningful difference.

I've chosen to utilize my own experiences, knowledge, and skills to inspire systematic, environmental, justice, equity, inclusivity, fairness, what is right - CHANGE. We need Change. If we don't change, too many will be left to suffer alone and without the helpful support they need. 

If you don't think people deserve the support of others - even strangers, then I'm sorry, but that mindset needs to Change. What if something was the matter with you? And you needed support, and had no friends, no family, no support? Wouldn't you want to have the support of anyone? Even someone like you? I know that I could have healed and gotten to the point I'm at if I had the support of kind and loving people - sooner. 

I choose to be the change I want to see in this world, and to try and convince others to do the same. To stand beside me and help the poor, the people in need, and to stand up for what is right, fair, and just. 

I like to know that once upon a time, there was someone who's perfect, and they walked this earth. Healing people, giving to the poor, and doing good things, nice acts, and sharing stories of doing so to help inspire others to do the same. Just know when we do act like Him, He sees us, and He keeps record of our good deeds. I choose to try and be more like Him. My Higher Power, Love. 

I choose to create positive change in all aspects of this community, and the world. 🫂

My improved choices have become pretty automatic. I used to be idle, now I am progressive in my decisions. I've made exceptional progress from who I was - to who I am now. If I can do it, so can anyone who wants change, something different than what they've been doing. Anything good is worth the work it takes to make a change; or many changes. 

Who else was going to do it? If not me? If not myself? No one could make my choices. I had to. I made the choice to become the woman I am today. 

But, I couldn't have done any of it without the support that I had, and still have. I built a network of positive people who love me, and kept them close. Build relationships based on honesty, and fulfilling work/tasks to have something to give. What is a relationship if one side is always giving and the other side has nothing to give? Find a way to say "thank you" for being there for me. Find a way to bring light in their dark days. 

When we see someone in a similar position to what we have once been in. We will have the strength, skills, experiences, learned lessons, heart and mind, love... to help them. We know what it was like, and we know that change is possible. 

So I can share resources, and connect you directly to their helpful benefit, service, and more. I know the processes, the laws pertaining to government benefits, employment rights, etcetera. I know how to gain the support needed to change my life, and I can not only be a support, but also connect you directly to the source of what helped me get to where I am today, and to where I am headed not too far from now. 

Never, ever give up on yourself, your family, or true friends. Don't think anything is impossible. Miracles can happen - but you've got to do the leg-work. We have to fight for what we believe in, and work hard to acquire/earn what we need to survive.

The Founder, Miss Chelsea Cramer, has lived experiences. A very Valuable Asset and Contribution in support of Fundamental Chromatic's Mission, Vision, and Values. Lived Experiences from when Chelsea herself was experiencing homelessness, lack of abilitiy to access resources due to not understanding, and not having adequate information, guidance, or support to reach any goals - because I didn't even have ANY Goals set. I didn't have motivation, energy, enthusiasm. I wasn't contributing to society at all. I didn't even have Medical Insurance growing up as a child, and therefore never got to experience the Care and Provider Relationship that a child should have growing up. 

In terms of health, our all around biopsychosocial health.... I didn't have this. Many people do not know that resources exist, and don't know therefore how to access them. I am one of many who makes it out of the death-grip of this lifestyle. And we don't choose this lifestyle like most people think we do. It chooses us, we are elected to go through these stories, havoc, and tragedy.... And when a positive, quality, Case and Care Manager, Peer Support, and Advocate as Chelsea within Fundamental Chromatic NonProfit Organization Inc is able to go into the streets, and provide the Caring Supports these kind people need, we can adopt these Principals to our daily routines, as it being necessary, vital, and essential to provide the Outreach and Mobile Services Fundamental Chromatic provides, and offers, and we can work interpersonally - with the clients, the community, the programs, resources, benefit providers, health care teams and specialists, and we can create Plans on how we are going to achieve better life experiences that will last for the rest of our lives. And the only way it becomes a variable, is through improvement, and exceeding anyone's expectations of us. 

We foster resilience and adopt principals from Trainings, Educative Adventures, Goal Setting, Networking, Writing, Reading, Creating, Innovating, Designing, Putting Together, and Bringing Together the essential needs that are vital to our survival and soon - we gain the abilities to thrive. 

I'm still heart broken over the fact that I had to suffer all the years that I did, and still I continue to struggle sometimes in various areas. But I am thankful too, that I've become smarter, wiser, and kinder, and became a person who wants to help others, these people - real people, and help them obtain and secure better circumstances for themselves, and their families. 

We can - We Will !  

The Founder believes in creating "treasures" that will last forever. Giving to others without expecting anything in return is a sure way that we've been promised to be rewarded regardless of if we've asked for the rewards, but even more so when rather than expecting rewards, we have Mindful Thinking, and Thought Processing that shares all our aspirations, what our ambitions and motivations hold are is other than what we expect in rewards, but rather - the gifts that we have - our skills, and giving them to those in need; just waiting for someone to stop, and help us each and all.
