What Do You See?
When we see someone lying in the grass asleep, or pulling a shopping cart filled with their only belongings—what do we think? Do we pause to wonder who they are, what they’ve been through, and how it feels to be invisible?
We live in a world where too many people are excluded, overlooked, and treated as if they don’t matter. Their lives often remain broken, leading to despair, illness, or even death—far too soon.
But nothing compares to the comfort of knowing “we are not alone,” especially when we’re at our lowest, when we have nothing, when we’re cold, sick, and afraid.
That’s where we step in.
At Fundamental Chromatic NonProfit Organization Inc, in partnership with Cramer’s Extraordinary Chromatic Communities LLC, we serve people facing housing insecurity, trauma, and crisis. Our clients are actively seeking housing vouchers and applying for low-income housing—but the waitlists are years long. To bridge the gap, we are building affordable housing—but we can’t do it alone.
Donate basic necessities: blankets, sweatshirts, socks, shoes, underwear, hygiene items, and more.
Contribute monetary support to help us build housing, cover administrative costs, and deliver wraparound services.
Offer technology: laptops, unlocked smartphones so we can help connect people to free phone service plans.
If you prefer to donate supplies directly, please reach out to us: 📧 ccramer@aims.edu

We’d be happy to meet you at your local library or arrange a shipping address for donated goods. Let us do the footwork—meeting the people in need and delivering your kindness across Greeley, CO, and throughout the state.
We create Plans of Care that help our clients move toward stability. We start with building trust, understanding their needs, and showing them that health care is not just a luxury—it’s a right. We use Reward Systems to celebrate progress and offer ongoing support in:
Case & Care Management
Peer Support
Advocacy
Community Public Health Navigation
Our team’s strength comes from lived experience. We've walked similar roads and found the path out. Now, we’re here to guide others out too—with your help.
We believe in second chances, transformation, and healing. But we cannot do this work without our community of supporters, donors, and partners.
Let’s build a better future—together.
No one deserves to be forgotten. No one should be left behind.
Every soul matters.
The Office of Employment Disability Policy says "Credible, consistent data is critical to creating change." Employing and funding quieted leaders, ones that get silenced, and organizations who are led by people with lived experiences leads straight to change, and capabilities through actual diversity and inclusion. Accepting one another is the first step, right after believing in ourselves and our capabilities. Believing we have a voice, can inspire people to contribute to our Mission and share their own experiences and life stories.
Idea I just realized...
I want to start an Exercise Program - This is in attempts to conquer Preventative Care, and Care Management of current disabilities, and challenges. Most people are likely able to greatly benefit from light to moderate exercise.
To achieve Biopsychosocial Health at it's best, we will plan Events, and Projects.
Incorporating Physical Activity. Whether that be meeting at a Recreation Center to lift weights, wall climb, play basketball, volleyball, and even dance; meeting at a local spot and simply going for a walk for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the desires and abilities of the group, and the weather that day; meeting up in a local park to stretch, yoga, and to walk on the trail within the park;
I need to mention, Yes! All ages are welcome, so as long as children under 18 are accompanied by either a family member and/or friend, and so as long as everyone brings a bottle full of fresh water! We would love for everyone to participate.
Contact us to Plan Physical Exercise Programs Please
Additional Idea:
Would you like to come together for a BINGO day, or afternoon? I can book an Event Room, invite members of our community and Clients too. It will give us all a chance to get to know one another. What better way than to see a smile on your neighbors face than raising money for our Cause/Mission?
I personally LOVE BINGO! We could call it LOVE BINGO! Yes!
$__ per card, and no limit on the number of cards a person can handle what they've afforded, they're welcome to play em. So as long as we can all still fit inside the Event room, and not be in each others space, or leaving someone out to play extra. We will all be considerate of all people who would like to attend and participate please.
___ Games Goal for ___ __, 2025. Give or take depending on the circumstances.
Winner(s) of BINGO will be able to take home prizes.
We are welcoming any and all local and distant stakeholders the opportunity to donate Services, Products, and even Monetary Donations for the LOVE BINGO Events, Projects, and Fundraisers of Fundamental Chromatic, please.

Health and Education: Foundations of a Thriving Society
Health and education are the cornerstones of personal and societal success. For individuals, especially those experiencing difficult times, these essentials pave the way for stability, growth, and achievement. People with the patience to endure and the courage to aspire to better health, wellness, and education can unlock their full potential. A healthy mind, body, and spirit empower us to advocate for ourselves and others.
We must be courageous advocates for change, standing together to uplift our communities. We are nothing without each other. Our collective strength lies in recognizing that the economy is shaped by resources and their scarcity. Economic disparity surrounds us, with too many lacking the essentials to stay healthy, clean, housed, and educated. Yet, there is hope. Diverse and compassionate individuals are rising to say, “This is not right, fair, or just.”
We all deserve access to health care, sanitation, housing, education, family and friend relationships, mental health support, case and care management, peer support advocacy, and quality living. Together, we can speak up, listen actively, and engage with one another to create a better world. We can learn from the wisdom of the experienced and those who have been through the ringer and made it out, gain insights from knowledgeable mentors, and build experience through opportunities.
Goals are most achievable when they are SMART:
Specific: Clearly define what you want to accomplish.
Measurable: Track your progress and recognize when the goal is met.
Achievable: Identify whether you have the skills or how to gain them.
Relevant: Align your goal with your long-term vision.
Timely: Set a realistic time frame for success.
My purpose is to remind people that they matter, that resources exist, and that they are capable of achieving greatness. We each have experiences that shape our purpose and guide our actions. These experiences, coupled with our unique abilities, empower us to make meaningful contributions.
Acts of kindness—big or small—are life-changing. They bridge the gap between despair and hope for those in need. When disabilities and/or mental health challenges affect someone’s ability to meet basic needs like housing, transportation, education, and/or employment, society as a whole is impacted. Many face these struggles in silence, unaware of available support or unable to access it.
Your compassion and actions can make a difference. By learning about the needs of your community, sharing your time and resources, and supporting organizations like ours - dedicated to helping others, you can bring hope to those who need it most.
Imagine a future where everyone has a warm place to sleep, clean clothes, and the opportunity to thrive. Let’s build that future together. Donate your time, resources, essential items, and give $100, $20, and/or greater today to support someone in need. Smile at a stranger, listen to their story, and remind them of their worth. Small acts of kindness ripple outward, creating change that is powerful and lasting.
Today is a chance to transform lives. Share love, happiness, and hope. Together, we can save lives, shape minds, and inspire souls.
Be the light that brightens someone’s darkest day.

As someone who personally depends on emotional support animals, I can tell you—they save lives. That’s why we also support pet owners with love, care, and practical resources. Every human and every soul deserves the chance to be safe, supported, and seen.

Why We Do This Work
At Fundamental Chromatic Non-Profit Organization Inc., we believe that a person’s struggles are rarely isolated. Housing instability, poor mental health, unemployment, lack of social connection, and access to basic needs are often deeply interconnected. That’s why we offer comprehensive, compassionate services—from housing support and transportation to mental health care, employment guidance, advocacy, and essential supplies.
By addressing multiple challenges at once, we can help individuals not just survive—but begin to heal, grow, and thrive. But we cannot do this without collaboration, grants, community support, and donors like you. Our work depends on a shared belief that people deserve better—and that together, we can make it happen.
We understand how important it is to inspire ambition, awaken potential, and show people their worth. Our mission is grounded in empathy, encouragement, and trust. We help people recognize what they’re good at, what they can achieve, and who they truly are beneath the weight of hardship.
The truth is, it's often up to organizations like ours—and the individuals behind them—to do the outreach, build partnerships, and secure the funding to help people in crisis. These are not “bad people.” These are people who are hurting, misunderstood, alone, and without access to basic healthcare or stability. They need our courage. Our compassion. Our belief in them.
"We work endlessly for a better future, life, and today."
—Chelsea Cramer, Founder
We know that for many, each day feels just like the last—a cycle of uncertainty, pain, or hopelessness. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. There is hope, connection, and opportunity. You are not alone. We are here, listening—and actively working to support you with dignity, respect, and meaningful resources.
No one should live without adequate healthcare, a safe home, stable income, or a sense of belonging. Everyone deserves to feel alive, connected, and part of a community. Everyone deserves someone who cares.
Let’s show them we care.
Let’s show them they matter.
Let’s change lives together.
At Fundamental Chromatic, we inspire change, encourage growth, and spark ambition. We remind people of their capabilities and guide them toward brighter, more fulfilling futures.
We believe in you—and we’re here to help you believe in yourself.

"Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world. All things break. And all things can be mended. Not with time, as they say, but with intention. So go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. The broken world waits in darkness for the light that is you" (L.R. Knost).
