It’s REALLY hard to go wrong with Baja Blast + pineapple juice + a nice buzz. Full review for Hard

My apologies, folks. I’ve been slacking on my Dew reviews again.

You might remember the Hard Baja Blast variety pack that I bought back in December, which came with three flavors that I hadn’t tasted yet. I drank all three of them, but so far have only posted about two. Allow me to remedy that now and introduce you to Baja Blast Pineapple.

Baja Blast Pineapple is basically the alcoholic version of Baja Gold. In other words, it’s Baja Blast mixed with pineapple juice. I’m a big fan of pineapple juice in my cocktails, so turning Baja Gold into an alcoholic Dew was a genius move, in my opinion. (I was definitely mixing Baja Gold with Malibu Rum to make “Piña Dewladas” long before I got my hands on this stuff!)

Like all the other Hard Dew flavors, Baja Blast Pineapple is zero sugar, so it does have that weird fake sugar aftertaste. However, that is my only criticism, and the perfection of the initial taste does a lot to diminish any unpleasantness that the aftertaste tries to bring. It’s REALLY hard to go wrong with Baja Blast + pineapple juice + a nice buzz.

If I had to rank the entire Hard Baja Blast variety pack, I would still declare Baja Blast Mango the winner, but choosing a runner-up is a tough call. Baja Blast Punch and Baja Blast Pineapple are both delicious in their own ways, so I can’t decide which of them deserves the silver medal.

Either way, I definitely recommend giving Baja Blast Pineapple a try if you get the chance! 😎🍍
