Who are we?

Fries Lab LLP is a student-run company operating under APK Section 10, supervised by Dr. Adeline Tam for Semester 1 (2025/2026). We are all about turning a simple snack into a delicious experiment!

Specialising in curly fries, Fries Lab brings a unique lab-themed concept to your snacking experience, proudly served with our tagline, “Your Snack Formula!” Our practicum focuses on a take-order and delivery model designed for convenience, speed, and satisfaction.

FRIES LAB OPERATION FLOW

For our business , there are three steps to bring a hot and crispy serving of fries to our customers

Pre-order anouncement

Pre-order announcement will be conducted 3 days before the frying day through social media apps such as Instagram , TikTok & WhatsApp for customers to order via google form with additional delivery costs.

On day frying

Curly Fries are fried on-site or during the pre-order delivery day to ensure they are hot and crispy when served to customers.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Our designated drivers will deliver our product to the customers who choose the delivery options around UMS area.
