LOGISTIC TEAM ASSISTANT

As the Logistic team assistant, I am in charge of the storage and transportation of raw materials, equipment, & ensuring sufficient inventory for the next batch of sales to help the Head of logistic and do the cash on delivery(COD) to customer.

CONTRIBUTION

CONTRIBUTION 1

I promoted sales during the expo by actively attracting visitors to the booth. I explained the products offered, clarified pricing and ongoing promotions, and confidently answered customers’ questions. In addition, I encouraged visitors to try the products by highlighting their uniqueness and quality. Through effective communication and friendly customer service, I helped increase customer interest and contributed to higher sales throughout the expo.

CONTRIBUTION 2

As a COD (Cash on Delivery) food delivery person, I am responsible for delivering customers’ orders on time and ensuring that the food arrives in good condition. I manage cash payments upon delivery, making sure the correct amount is collected and properly recorded. In addition, I communicate with customers to confirm delivery locations and ensure a smooth delivery process. Professionalism, honesty, and friendly customer service are important in this role to build customer trust and ensure customer satisfaction.

REFLECTION

Overall, my contribution as a promoter and COD delivery person played an important role in supporting the success of the project. As a promoter, I actively engaged with customers by explaining the products, pricing, and ongoing promotions, while highlighting the quality and uniqueness of the items offered. This helped attract customers and increase sales during the expo. As a COD delivery person, I was responsible for delivering orders on time, managing cash payments accurately, and communicating clearly with customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Through these roles, I improved my communication skills, confidence in customer interaction, and sense of responsibility, while learning the importance of professionalism, honesty, and customer satisfaction in both sales and delivery operations.
