Marketing Team Assistant
My role as a Marketing Assistant is to manage and design Fries Lab’s social media content and handle all marketing-related activities to attract customers to our products.
My responsibilities include increasing Fries Lab’s customer engagement and sales by designing menus and posters, producing visual product photos and videos, and managing our company’s social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. In addition, I create customer appreciation posts to show our gratitude and ensure our customers feel valued by Fries Lab.
AS A MARKETING TEAM
Designed the Fries Lab logo, banners, and posters, including individual posters for each team member and pre-order anouncement.
Managed and curated the Instagram feed, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
Planned, filmed, and produced TikTok content to attract and engage customers.
Shot and edited advertisement visual product visuals for the Hybrid Expo independently.
Edited the Business Model Canvas (BMC) report video, which contributed to our group winning for our section.
Created promotional and appreciation content to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
Hosted a TikTok Live session while cooking for the first batch of customers.
Actively promoted and attracted customers verbally during the Hybrid Expo.
AS A FRIES LAB TEAM MEMBER
Suggested improved cooking methods to achieve crispier fries, such as defrosting the fries before cooking.
Cooked curly fries for customers during the Hybrid Expo and the first sales batch.
Assisted in food preparation and cooking throughout the Hybrid Expo day.
Prepared and cooked the gochujang sauce for customers during the Hybrid Expo.
