Hamilton County councilman Fred Glynn obtained his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona, Florida. He also worked as a certified airframe power plant technician (A&P) before establishing a career in finance and governance.

Fred has over 15 years of success in selling and managing businesses involved in banking, insurance, and mortgage. With strong business acumen, he utilizes his contact lists, referrals, and networking skills.

As a policy leader, Fred Glynn formed an organization teaming successful attorneys, accountants, and small business owners to craft the Governor's inaugural small business startup policy. He uses his know-how in finance in preparing county budgets, tax rates, salaries, and approving requested appropriations while practicing fiscal conservatism to make the most out of the community's financial resources.
