Scott's other method of teasing an upcoming game isn't just the images themselves, he also puts in secrets in the source code on Scottgames.com. Since the advent of FNaF 4, these secrets contain information that is not found in the game themselves. They are meant to be "prequel lore".
Sadly, these lore hints are not properly documented in one place... until now!

This hint of "30 years later, only one" is foreshadowing that the third game takes place 30 years after the closing of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, and that only animatronics that remained was Springtrap.
The earliest recording of this hint was on December 7th, 2014.

This hint confirms that there are more cameras in the game than the last two entries. CAM 15 is the final camera in the game, which points to the vent on the close bottom left of where the player is.

The first instance of this was showing Phantom BB. While this could be a snide reference to BB's unpopularity with the fandom at the time, the hint wasn't changed with the Phantom Foxy and Phantom Chica teasers.

When the Hat teaser was released, the hidden message now reads "<content="">", as Scott removed the messages.

This hint with the "8" and "7" is a reference to the Bite of '87.
When this was first posted, people on Reddit plugged in the numbers and it coincidentally directed to an actual pizzeria. The place was spammed with phone calls from some fans, assuming it had something to do with FNaF. Scott removed the numbers a day later following the controversy, saying that it wasn't intentional.

These numbers "2093" and "0871" are used find a hidden number between them using the two. Here is the solution.

This hidden number, 1982. The fact FNaF 4 minigames took place in 1983 and the context of the teaser with the faded message "Property of Fredbear's Family Diner" is REALLY important to know when writing down timelines.

This isn't a lore hint but rather a clarification to further prove that the Hat Teaser hint DID mean something important.
Since the Purple Hat teaser, the link="#2093" has been left untouched. Previously it was "#1e90ff" as this is a HEX colour to make direct links in a bright blue colour (as seen Scott's email address link on his site). "2093" was a remnant of that Hat teaser.
#2093 is not a valid HEX colour, as there were meant to be six symbols in total. Due to this, the HTML "corrected" it by adding two zeros at the end, making it "#209300". This is why the text links from this point forward turned green. This is merely an HTML error on Scott's part. However, this has not been fixed since. Simply put, Scott isn't good with HTML, as not only the site still uses the old HTML 4 format, but there are errors listed when opened in HTML programs prior to the sites content being removed.

Strangely, on July 21, 2015, two days before the release of FNaF 4, the source code was updated with this change.

This change now points to 83. Before FNaF 4 is confirmed to take place in 1983, no one was sure if it takes place in 1987 as the teasers claimed, or 1983 as seen on the TV. It appears that this was a last minute patch to help the community point to the exact year where 4 happened.
Why 87 was teased this whole time only for it to not come into play is never explained, let alone why it took two days after release for this change to appear on Scottgames.

In other news: The grand opening of Circus Baby's Pizza World has apparently been cancelled due to reported gas leaks in the building. Sources close to the establishment question the report, saying that strange activity around the area at night suggest something else is to blame.
One local is quoted as saying, "Everything just stopped. There was so much excitement built around this place opening and then they just stopped talking about it. There was only a handful of people that ever got a look at the inside, kids from here and there, making sure everything worked right, you know. I guess they weren't quite as ready as they thought they were!”
A tenant from across the street claims to have witnessed a large group of cars surrounding the building during the night, and large pieces of equipment being taken out of the building under tarps. A few weeks later the building was for sale.
There is no comment yet from the local entrepreneur who financed the venture.
If anything, it was just too soon for such an ambitious venture. There is still a bright future for Circus Baby, so be watching for her to appear at a neighborhood party near you!

The source code hints hides a map that can only be found by plugging "4g7n0c28jk1" into the site. On the website itself, you can see ".jpg" on the bottom left corner. This put together makes "4g7n0c28jk12.jpg". You are supposed to add this on the URL bar on your browser. Thus "http://www.scottgames.com/4g7n0c28jk12.jpg/". This shows the map area of CBEaR's.
This was posted on August 28th, 2016. The Ennard teaser was later updated on the same day to show the release date.
This is where the teaser for FFPS comes in. On these dates, Scottgames and FNaFWorld would begin to "talk" to each other in the source code. This is later revealed to be the Funtimes and Circus Baby talking to each other after the events of SL. Without this information, details on how the two got separated between these games would be lost on people.
Interestingly, Circus Baby refers to the rest of Ennard as one single entity, as opposed to referring to Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy and Ballora as each separate deity. This dialogue hints as Baby being the main leader of Ennard prior to being ejected, which was then taken over by Funtime Freddy.
After the last line of dialogue from FNaF World, Scrap Baby's eyes appeared on the website.

On November 8th, 2017, the eyes are closed. Weirdly, Web Archive recorded this as far back as November 3rd, 2017. This is likely an error with the screencap as the image source still says it was rendered on the 8th, as well as the accompanying Reddit post.

On the image itself, there is faded lines that say the following:

The alt text "remember Jeremy" is another echo of that last line.
This teaser was taken down hours later after fans noticed that Spring Bonnie on the teaser was traced from a fan model. Spring Bonnie WAS planned to be used in Help Wanted, it just looks a bit different from the teaser.
