CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - The pizza we ordered was weird. Some pieces were different sizes or didn't fit together. One slice even had different toppings. Did you recycle the old pizza from the trash? I am never coming back here unless I am given some sort of major discount. - Angry Mom

Party Foul

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - We paid for the Glam Freddy Mega Deluxe Party Package and Freddy broke down as soon as he got on stage. We paid to have him at the table and sing happy birthday. He was supposed to give her the cake!  My daughter's birthday has been ruined. I demand a refund.

Night Terrors

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - My son never had sleeping problems. But after spending an evening in the daycare, he refuses to sleep with the lights out anymore! He just cries and cries. And then when I do let him keep the lights on, he wets the bed!

MANAGEMENT REPORT - The bowling alley needs a re-theme. While most of the Bonnie art was removed, kids keep asking, "Where's Bonnie?" Do we have an officially approved response?

SECURITY REPORT - 12:24AM - Bonnie is seen leaving his green room in Rockstar Row heading East towards the atrium.

2:40AM - Bonnie enters the East Arcade.

4:12AM - Bonnie enters Monty Golf. 

What to gather from these messages:

Bonnie used to be a part of the Pizzaplex until he was retired. While the Missing report suggests that Monty destroyed Bonnie, Fazbear Entertainment is on board to discontinue the character. This along with the Getaway Ending, the final stage in the Monty Mini-Golf and Vanessa's dialogue in Parts & Service suggest that Fazbear Entertainment is pushing Monty to be the new face of the franchise while retiring their older characters. Worth noting is that Foxy appears to be retired as well, as while he's seen in the Pizzaplex as a giant statue, he was never made into a Glamrock animatronic. It appears that around this point in time, Fazbear Entertainment is retiring their more popular characters such as Foxy, Bonnie and Freddy himself with the intention of making their newer or lesser popular characters stand out. This can explain why Chica wasn't retired.

Stolen property

SECURITY REPORT - Well somehow someone broke into a Rockstar Row display case and stole the wind up toy Music Man prototypes. The case was smashed and there's glass on the floor but no sign of a break in. Nothing else seems to be missing. I have absolutely no idea how they got into the building and there's nothing on the security footage. Now what should I do? Should I call the police and report a break in? - Vanessa

False Alarm

SECURITY REPORT - A local police officer came by tonight. He said he was responding to an emergency call from someone inside the Pizzaplex. There is no way that is possible. I was the only one here and I certainly didn't make any outside calls. He wanted to look around, but I sent him away. Just another prank call.  - Vanessa

INTERVIEW NOTES - As requested, here are my notes on today's Chief Security Officer interview. While Vanessa seemed eager and bright, she doesn't appear to have any relevant background experience. I realize the recommendation came from the top, but we need someone who has run security for a facility of this scale. I do not recommend her for this position.
