Fit4Work Activity Program
The Fit4Work Activity Program is based on the Power Strength training program created by GWU students in the summer of 2020 and expanded to the Functional Strength Training Protocol 2.0, as it has required yearly updates. The evidence continues to grow about the ability of our students to increase physical competence and physical literacy as well as build the functional strength required for work. The protocol is leveled, so that you can choose the student's level that corresponds with Social Security Exertional Scales and have them work from there.
