Each course has its unique "course number" and "class number".
Let's say there is course X. Its course number is "50000". When the offering department decides to offer multiple classes of the course X, there will be multiple "X"s with different class number: "50000-01", "50000-02", "03", "04"... and so on. Course schedule, instructor, even the main language of the course can be different for each class. Therefore, it is important to know the precise course number and class number.
You can search for course number and class number through the Course Offering list.
The class quota is divided into basically two parts: Exchange/Visiting students and Non-Exchange (Degree-seeking) students. Initially, exchange/Visiting students can only register for the exchange/visiting spots. During the course add/drop period, any remaining spots will be available to you, unless specified in the course notes or syllabus that a certain course is not open to exchange students.
Course registration is done 100% online through Eureka Portal.
To learn more about how to sign in the Eureka Portal, go to Ewha System > Student Portal page.
Have the course and class number ready.
Enter the course and class number, and press “Input”.
If you input an incorrect course number, select the course and click “Delete” button.
Each class has a size limit and registration will be blocked once the class is full.
