REFLECTION:
Nail care is an important part of personal hygiene and self-care. It helps keep our nails clean, healthy, and looking neat, which can boost confidence and prevent infections. Through regular trimming, cleaning, and moisturizing, I’ve learned that small efforts can make a big difference in our overall appearance and health.
