The commander of TSG is in charge of running the unit and making sure operations are getting put forward and are running smoothly. They are the one who consults with the ERPT Command team and lets them know if there are any problems that need to be addressed and how to better the unit.
There are three different phases within the training, obviously we won't go in to detail here but the basic outline is as follows:
Phase 1: Induction
Within this section the trainer will go over an introduction to TSG and the responsibilities that come with it.
Phase 2: Tactical Skills
Within this section the trainer will demonstrate multiple tactics such as formations, building entry and arresting strategies.
Phase 3: Scenarios
Obviously the scenarios won't be disclosed here but, they will be explained properly before taking them and you will gain the necessary knowledge within the training.
