HOW DO I GET MY CPR/FA/DHO/AVERT CARD AFTER THE CLASS?
Your Course Completion Cards arrive via EMAIL (The one provided on the Roster) IF you are with a Facility, a copy of your Cards will be sent to the CENTER DIRECTOR or MANAGER.
IF you do NOT receive your Cards within 72 hours of completing the course, Check your SPAM BOX (Email contains links). If not there, or if your name is spelled incorrectly, please email SERVICE@EMTA.NET and let me know which date/class you attended. We will get you your Card (or correct it).
HOW DO I GET MY MAT CERTIFICATE AFTER I TAKE THE IN-PERSON PART?
72 HOURS AFTER CLASS, visit http://mat.emta.net and click LOG IN TO MEDHOME PLUS. LOG IN to your account. Scroll down to the VIEW YOUR CERTIFICATE SECTION. EMTA CANNOT obtain or provide your certificate. If you encounter problems, email matsupport@medhomeplus.org
HOW DO I RENEW MY CPR/FA/DHO/AVERT CARD?
Visit us online at www.EMTA.net and register for a public course or email SERVICE@EMTA.NET to set up a course at YOUR facility.
IF I LOSE MY CARD, HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?
EMAIL SERVICE@EMTA.NET and let us know when and where you took the course. We will email you a replacement within 24 hours.
