CatiaSecond home and retreat of Desmond Martin and Catia Galaz-Martin. Martin Manor is a massive structure, designed to look like a proper mansion on the outside, but with the highest security technology available packed on the inside, the manor is more like a techno-fortress than a mere house.

Martin Manor occupies a large acreage south of Beacon Point, Michigan, including expansive open grounds and a large chunk of pine forest that encircles the entire property. An abandoned USAF base, left dormant after World War II and situated less than a half mile away was purchased by Martin a dozen years ago and converted into a backup research and production facility specifically for Elixr. It is there that Martin Enterprises' top scientists converge as a last bastion of security to continue work on unraveling the mystery of what happened to Elixr, and who forced it to mutate.

Martin Manor has extensive stockpiles of food, water, and supplies--enough for around a hundred people to survive quite comforatably for a dozen years--and the last known cache of original formula Elixr doses. Because of this, Martin will defend it to his last breath, as it is the only place in the world in which he and his beloved wife Catia can truly be safe.
