Charged Up was the 2023 FIRST Robotics Competition game, themed around sustainable energy and played by over 3,300 teams worldwide. In this challenge, two alliances of three robots each competed to retrieve yellow cones and purple cubes from human player stations to score them on tiered grids. Teams earned points and "links" by strategically placing these items on specific nodes, with the additional goal of balancing one or more robots on a tilting "Charging Station" platform.
