In Rack 'n Roll, robot alliances competed to hang inflated colored tubes onto pegs arranged in rows and columns on center rack structure that divided the field, with higher rows worth more points and robots free to knock opponents' tubes off pegs to contest position. The match ended with an endgame "ringer" bonus in which robots that returned to their own home zone and got lifted more than 4 inches off the floor by an allied robot earned extra points.
