Arreis Stormshade is a Qualesnti elf, who settled in Winterholm. Arreis had ventured to the west and even exploded some of the new continent, Taladas, after hearing reports of it before returning to Ansalon. He rarely speaks of what he saw in Taladas, but it seemed to have changed him. He became a vendor in Winterholm, owning a small store called Skin on Skin, where he sells leathers and other light armor.
