Pastel is a recessive, uncommon modifier gene that lightens and washes out either the base coat alone or all markings and the base coat together.

A dracovix with Pastel may optionally have a green inner ring around its pupils. This green ring may have a hard or soft edge, and can be very thick, as long as the dracovix's true eyecolor is still visible around the edges of the iris.
