The Forbidden Zone (the Diossi Ahaulil in Native Zei Luian) was once the only unexplored place in Zei-lu. Shrouded in myths and only spoken about in taboos, this massive continent has been a source of legend as well as fear for as long back as the people of Zei lu can remember. Some believe it's not the home of the gods at all, but rather dark beings who hunger for the worlds end.
As of late, Drac's of bizarre shape, size and color have been reaching the Zei Lu and the only place they could be coming from....is here. Without much choice, Queen Nani has ordered that the lands be at last explored. There is no telling what lurks in this massive untouched world.
As explorers plunge ever farther into the unknown, more and more things are being discovered in these once forbidden lands. Their discoveries, failures and successes are catalogued here for all to share in the knowledge that their bravery has brought us.

Starting at point Alpha, explorers were greeted with lots of swamps and wetland. Pushing through the muck explorers soon entered an intermediate tideland that was daring to turn into forest. Amongst these trees and reeds it seemed large predators lurked, just waiting for someone to fall into their waiting maw.

Pressing further onward, most explorers found that the farther north you go, the cooler it became! Encouraged by the change in climate, most were quick to discover that the scenery and vegetation weren't the only things that were changing.

With the forest thinning and a whistle in the air, explorers of Alpha point pressed on with the hopes they could make out what was teasing them in the distance. Unforunately eager explorers were quick to find their path blocked by some rather disgrunted locals.

From the crashing beaches and into the swamps, there hasn't been much you and your team haven't seen on your trek. Jungle shifted into healthy forest but just as quickly transitioned into thick pine scrub. Unknown to you, this path has been the coldest of all other explorers and as the sappy pines finally break you realize the reason why. From up on your sloped hill you are quick to realize that you're MUCH higher up than you realized!
This fascination is quickly forgotten as your eyes turn upwards to the sound of crashing water. You jaw drops as your eyes land on the cliff side mountain protected by giant guardians. The trio of Dracs burst out from the rock as water cascades around them and down into a distant lake. They seem almost...natural in the rock, as if they were meant to be there or even giant beasts turned to stone.
But we all know that's impossible right!? The seemingly "natural" pathway crisscrossing the cliffside seems too good to be true...
Besides! Dracs don't come in sizes that large which begs the question...how did they get there? Are you really alone?

Beta point was the most central launch point one could pick. Greeting explorers with perfect beaches and sweet air, it seemed like an easy choice! It didn't take long for explorers to realize that their trek would be anything but EASY.
Drac's aren't the baddest in these lands, if anything...they're the kibble.

Natural paths are a rare find in the FZ, especially deep enough in the jungle. Most are dangerous to travel as more than likely they're well used game trails...
But some expose lost relics and only add to the mystery of these lands. Keep your head on a swivel and trust nothing..

The western most launch point, Delta offered explorers a glimpse into a dense jungle mixed with temperate plants. Pushing north, these explorers quickly left the jungle behind and were greeted with crisper air and more familiar plants.
At night was when the real show begins so long as you're brave enough to turn out your lights and dose your campfires.

You started in jungle so dense, nearly every step tangled you in ferns and vines. After that, you were treated to a shift in temperature and with it the thick woods of temperate forest. But your strive to go farther, to see what had yet to be seen has been worth it! As the flowering tree's begin to thin you can smell a rich smell on the wind. Not sweet with nectar or heavy with humidity no...it just smells...warm.
The tree's all but vanish and all you're left with is a vast open space that fades away in small hilly mountains hundreds of miles away!! Oh but this vast ocean of land isn't empty. Giants roam these plains and grow larger and larger still on the golden gifts of the earth.
