This week taught me a lot of lessons that I will be able to take with me when I become a teacher. I began preparing for the observation of our demonstration the day our supervisor informed me and my co-teacher. I was unsure of what I should do to make my demonstration a success. From the day of my demo preparation until the day of my demo, I was so overwhelmed with the outcome of my hard work thanks to the guidance and advice of my cooperating teacher. My supervisor observed me last Monday, and I was pleased to hear the feedback on my demonstration. As a future teacher, having a demonstration and practicing how you will handle your class in the future was a fantastic experience. My cooperating teacher told me that I have a bright future in education based on my teaching performance. That feedback has given me confidence that I will be an effective teacher in the future. I will be the person I want to be. Following the demonstration and observation, I will be more vigilant with my actions because I will be teaching elementary students who are more sensitive at this age. As a teacher, I will be careful with my words and how I handle them during classes. I've also noticed that if the teacher employs a different method to capture the students' attention, they will eventually comprehend. Most important, students will listen and participate in class if the teacher encourages and rewards them for responding. As a result, the class will be more interactive, and the teacher will be able to impart knowledge to the students more effectively. This strategy could help me, as a future teacher, to teach my students and impart knowledge more creatively. In conclusion, what I experienced during my demonstration was beneficial to me and taught me a lot of lessons.
