Domain 7 focuses on the personal and professional development of teachers. It emphasizes teachers' proper and high personal regard for the profession by upholding qualities that uphold the dignity of teachings, such as a caring attitude, respect, and integrity.

At first, I was worried because I had no idea how I could develop my personal and professional aspects, especially since I did not have a real connection to different webinars that are very important to boost these two aspects of my teaching profession. However, I am grateful to the Department of Education, our dean, our advisor, and the teachers who are involved in our teaching internship journey, who are very supportive of one another. They offer free webinars or online conferences to all of us before we start the internship for us to get an understanding of various topics that will help us grow. I eagerly participated in the webinars not to earn certificates but also to improve my personal and professional skills. These webinars supplemented my existing skills and taught me a lot about the teaching profession. These takeaways we've got from the webinars will help us in our future needs, as we gain personal growth and professional development.

We are all lifelong learners who should challenge to grow and develop. As future educators, we must prioritize these two aspects by doing what is necessary to develop our personal and professional competence. Attending webinars or other conferences can help you grow and learn more about the teaching profession. I believe I have a lot more to learn and that I should be open to these opportunities to become a better teacher in the future
