INTRODUCTION
The teaching internship is a year-long commitment that promotes fact-based experience learning from fieldwork through actual classroom immersion for prospective teachers. It begins with field research experiences that include observation and participation and progresses to teaching assistantship and mentoring guided classroom instruction. These experiences should provide opportunities for the integration and practical application of theory and skills learned in a formal program of study and exposure to competency development in a specific area of interest. This E-Portfolio was created to provide evidence for these teaching experiences.
This e-portfolio contains the work and evidence that I gathered during my teaching experience. I'm presenting a variety of documents that demonstrate my comprehension and competency in this course. Many of these documents demonstrate my knowledge, skills, and dispositions in the teaching profession. This E-Portfolio contains my PPST Domains, Weekly Journals, Professional Readings, Teaching Philosophy, and Indices experiences, evidence, and reflections.
This portfolio will demonstrate that I have finally met my goals and have grown a bit into a much more self-assured teacher intern than I was previously. Overall, I would say that I have significantly improved as a future educator and that my objectives for this course. Furthermore, the various entries in this portfolio demonstrate how far I can go to fulfill my duties, particularly during my field practice.
