What is Self Tag (Absence Reporting)?

• Benefits of Self Tag (Absence Reporting).

In any event that a PHBee cannot attend a booked lesson, PHBees can now mark their lesson/s as

absent by clicking a button on the Shift Management page instead of reporting the same to their

Lesson Support Team.

• Can the Self Tag (Absence Reporting) be used in multiple lessons?

Self Tag (Absence Reporting) is available per booked lesson and the process should be completed

one lesson at a time if multiple lessons will be marked as absent.

Reminder:

Self Tag (Absence Reporting) will still be part of your absences per cut off and will be subject to

corresponding penalties and prohibitions (locking of My Page) based on absence SOP/rule.
