To avoid experiencing post-update issues, it is recommended to do AC clean installation. To do that, you may refer to the steps below:
Uninstall your current AC application.
Download the latest AC version
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Don't forget to run the Device Detection to set your audio and video devices on your newly installed application.

Download the latest AC version from the App Store.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Don't forget to run the Device Detection to set your audio and video devices on your newly installed AC.
To adjust your camera angle:
Go to Device Checking and scroll to the last section labeled Camera Detection. There, you will find a small circular control that allows you to rotate the camera vertically for proper alignment.
Please ensure that your macOS version is 15.2 or later to ensure full compatibility.
Additionally, if you're using macOS, kindly update your AC application to the latest version for optimal performance and stability:

Once download is complete, you may now play videos in the lesson.
Click on the AC PLAYER
Hit the open file button
Look for the video (pay attention to the number of the shown video in AC and choose the same number in AC Player)
Click Play, then hit release to AC.
