• Who is qualified to request an endorsement?

  • Active 51Talk teacher with at least 1  recent conducted lesson.

• How to request an endorsement?
    Please create an offline ticket via Support Portal and provide the needed information:

  • Teacher Name: (Do not include the word teacher or extra spaces)

  • Nominated BPI Branch Name: Copy and paste the exact text appearing in the BRANCH NAME from this link: https://tinyurl.com/BPIBranches

  • Before submitting your request, please ensure that your Mypage basic information, including your full name, email address, and mobile number, is up to date. This information is necessary for your endorsement.

Important Reminders:

• Teachers shall obtain a copy of the Endorsement Letter through Fees Team. Direct request to BPI branch will not be accommodated.

• You may check your inbox and spam folder for the endorsement letter within 7-10 banking days.

• BPI Endorsement can only be given once to active teachers. Information provided especially the nominated BPI branch can no longer be changed.

• When going to the bank for account opening:
  Bring 1 valid ID (w/ photo & signature) and a printed copy of the Endorsement letter. Make sure to fill up your Full Name (First Name, Maiden Name, and Last Name) in the letter before presenting it to the bank.
