As stipulated in your service agreement, each absent penalty has a standard penalty rate based on the time of the absent notification.

To avoid incurring penalties, please stay physically fit, prepare for a back-up/stable teaching place and strategically plan open slots.

 

It allows teachers to request a review of penalties incurred due to absences for possible exemption using the "Appeal" button in Teacher's Lesson History tab.

 

Appeal button will be accessible within seven (7) days only from the date of the missed lesson.

We suggest filing an appeal right after the lesson given that documents/proofs are complete.

Immediate family members (First degree) - Children, parents, siblings, legal spouse and in-laws.


Penalties within these cases will be considered for exemption given that proper documentation is provided and further validation is accomplished.

 

OTHER PENALTY DISPUTES:

Following examples but not limited to: Unfilled Lesson Memo, Failed to tag student as absent, subbed lessons, log in issue, facial recognition, AC audio and video, AC crash should be rerouted to the respective Support Teams for proper handling (Lesson Support/Technical Support).

Such as Typhoon, Earthquake, and Volcanic Eruption will be systematically removed based on address/areas in our records. (No need to file an appeal or create an offline ticket).


Typhoon - Signal # 3 and up and/or State of Calamity

Earthquake - Instrumental Intensity V and up

Volcanic Eruption - within 10km radius danger zone
