Still haven’t received your remittance? Here are a few possible reasons why:
1. There’s no uploaded payment details yet in MyPage.
- 51Talk will only remit lesson fees through the uploaded payment method in your MyPage > Bank Account tab.

2. Teacher uploaded his bank account information late.
- Changes in payment information will not be available three (3) days before and after each cutoff.
- The deadline for uploading/updating your payment information in MyPage are as follows:
1st cutoff (1-15) – Every 12th of the month
2nd cutoff (16-end of the month) – Every 27th of the month
Correct Bank Account information will take effect on the cutoff that it has been uploaded.
3. Teacher uploaded incorrect bank account information.
- Account Name must match with your registered Full Name in MyPage (Service Agreement) and Valid IDs (Given Name, Middle Name, and Last Name)
- For BPI users - Bank Account Number should be 10 digits only without any spaces and/or special characters
- For GCash users - GCash Account Number should be 11 digits only without any spaces and/or special characters
- Your uploaded proof of account ownership (Deposit slip, BPI online banking screenshot, or GCash profile screenshot) did not push through in the system.
4. Teacher’s earned lesson fees for the cut-off was less than 500 Php.
- In order for your fees to be remitted, it should be at least php500.
What will happen next? Teacher’s lesson fees will be transferred into the next cut-off and will be remitted on the next scheduled payout given that the amount reached at least php500.
5. Teacher’s fees remittance encounter an issue.
- In case of a rejected remittance, you will be informed through your registered email and further instructions will be given. Make sure that your registered contact information on MyPage is current and up to date.
