     a. Not responding or crashing - re-launch your AC

     b. Class is no longer listed in the course list – for this kind of issue, you may use the backup classroom to re-enter the class.

     c. Disconnected from the server -  if there's an "X" mark on the network signal strength indicator, please refresh your connection and re-launch your AC.
