Anything you need to know about remittance.
Fees are remitted on a cut-off basis:
1st cutoff: 1-15th of the month2nd cutoff: 16th-end of the month (2nd cut-off).
Payout is within 5 to 10 business days after the cutoff. Business days does not include weekends and holidays of Philippines, China and Hong Kong.
We will only process remittance through the uploaded correct and complete payment details in teacher’s MyPage>Bank Account tab.
In order for your fees to be remitted, it should be at least PHP500.
A certain amount of approximately PHP 50-80 is being deducted from your total fees for the cut-off to cover for the remittance fee. The discrepancy in your fees every cut-off is a deduction to cover the remittance fees.
“For Processing” tag means amount to be remitted. This tag specifies the amount that will be credited to your account on the scheduled remittance.
A “Deposited” tag will appear in your Lesson Fee Summary page once the remittance is processed.
Any unremitted lesson fees will be transferred and added within the succeeding cutoff.
“Negative Fees” occurs when teacher’s penalties are bigger than the earnings. It will be transferred and deducted within the succeeding cutoffs until the negative amount become zero (0).
