In line with the Chinese government policy plus 51Talk’s efforts to show parents and students a comprehensive qualification of its teachers, your assistance is requested in ensuring the information uploaded in your teacher profile is complete and accurate.

Below are the items that need to be revisited for accuracy check:

- Full Name: Your full name should match what’s indicated in your bank details, school diploma, NBI clearance / government ID (for married name) & TESOL certificate.

- Educational Attainment: If your educational institution is not on the search list, please log a ticket via Support Portal for assistance.

- College diploma or certificate of graduation from the university is required.

- TESOL or other certificates: Certificates watermarked or co-branded with other ESL company are not allowed.
