Pursuant to the Unified National Agenda for Health (UNA Para Sa Kalusugan), signed and issued by Acting Secretary of Health, Dr. Edwin M. Mercado, to ensure efficient, coordinated, and accountable delivery of the UNA priorities. Two DPOs pursuant to the Order also signed and issued by the Secretary to designate DOH executives, and to assign Management Committee-level officials.
These issuances identify the HFDB, to be headed by Ms. Frances Rose Elgo-Mamaril, Director IV, to be under one of three portfolios of the Hospital Systems Stewardship Cluster as assigned to Dr. Diana R. Tamondong-Lachica, Assistant Secretary of Health.
