By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by OIC Assistant Secretary of Health, Dr. Melissa T. Sena; addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals, includes a link to the official promotional materials for guidance in participating to the observance of the 69th Nurses' Week.
