By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Gloria J. Balboa, Undersecretary of Health, Cluster C; addressed to DOH regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals and other health facilities; includes online submission links for the El Niño HPT (every first Friday of the month), and the designated El Niño focal persons (permanent and alternate) to facilitate compliance.
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Facility Performance Management Division, or through the DOH's Health and Climate Change Office.
