Balboa, Undersecretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, heads of attached agencies, includes as enclosure to the issuance, NDRRMC Resolution No. 2, s. 2026, "Resolution Institutionalizing Energy Resilience Measures for Critical Infrastructures in Support of the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Framework" dated March 12, 2026 for reference and guidance.
